Lippo’s Meikarta secures 32000 bound buyers

Indonesian business hulk Lippo Group has cumulative approximately 32,000 bound buyers for apartments located in Meikarta, a latest and biggest municipality plan in Bekasi, West Java.

The 32,000 buyers have been postulated mortgages by banks. Some 130,000 people paid engagement fees, Lippo Group CEO James Riady pronounced in Jakarta on Monday.

“The rest are now undergoing ‘the shutting phase’ to finalize their purchases,” he pronounced on a sidelines of a 2017 BTN Golden Property Awards, adding that many of a buyers came from areas outward Greater Jakarta.

“We wish all unit purchases can be hermetic within a subsequent dual months.”

Lippo Group has allocated Rp 278 trillion (US$21.11 billion) for a project.

Meikarta boss executive Ketut Budi Wijaya pronounced in Aug that a initial proviso of a municipality growth was slated to be finished within 5 years. (ags)
